Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the management of all Front Office operations to include, but not limited to, guest service and registration (check-in/check-out), room inventory and availability, guest service standards and initiatives, department management, policy and procedure implementation
∎ Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision
∎ Assist in monitoring and assessing service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
∎ Integrate and train employees, providing support for skills development
∎ Oversee the guest process including, but not limited to, reviewing reservations and ensuring smooth check-in/check-out
∎ Assist with up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities to maximize room occupancy and overall revenue
∎ Ensure team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing and policies and knowledge of the local area and events
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction (Guest Feedback, Social Media Review)
∎ Manage and motivate the Front Office team in order to provide a high standard of service for customers
∎ Handle any guest complaints or contentious issues that cannot be settled directly by team members and provides a fast solution
∎ Oversee and supervise guest arrivals and departures with the front office executive and duty managers
∎ Provide high level of customer service and maintain a high profile in the day to day front office operations
∎ Ensure that personalized service is offered to each and every guest
∎ Ensure that the pricing policy and internal audit procedures are duly applied
∎ Monitor all executive floor executives to ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure
∎ Review arrival list for all arrivals and VIPs to check room allocations, amenities and special requests
∎ Prepare monthly and daily revenue report and circulate to all HOD's
∎ Prepare Room revenue and occupancy forecast take action on rate strategies
∎ Ensure that all front desk employees are well presented (uniforms, personal hygiene etc), and also punctual
∎ Ensure that the workplace remains clean and tidy
∎ Ensure team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing and policies and knowledge of the local area and events
∎ Make sure that the hotel's pricing policy and sales pitches are duly applied in order to optimise REVPAR
∎ Should have a good knowledge of all systems and standard operating procedures of front office
∎ Ensure that guest documentation and information is available and up-to-date

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have excellent English communication skill.
∎ Candidates with experience in any 4 start or 5 star hotel will get priority.

Salary: Negotiable
