Job Responsibilities:
∎ Raising Invoice
∎ Preparing Invoices, Customer Ledger/Statement, and other documents.
∎ Working to get payment for selected Clients
∎ Tax documentation and process
∎ VAT Challan Provide to the Clients
∎ LC (letter of Credit) documentation and process.
∎ Coordinate the monthly forecast between business and Invoicing.
∎ Responsible for various types of business reports, financial analysis, tracking performance VS Budget/forecast
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good communication- both upward and with the team - and personal skills with a "can-do" attitude
∎ Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English
∎ Strong computer literacy in MS Office application and accounting software
∎ Efficient in communicating with the customers, clients politely and decently.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Instant support to customers
