Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring entire Hall operations of a convention city during program and non-program hour.
∎ Assisting clients during events.
∎ Monitoring Food service during the event.
∎ Ensuring that the Maintenance Team and Cleaning & Care Personnel are at the right place during the program and non-program hour.
∎ Participating in PPM (Program preparation meeting) and add suggestions as and when applicable in the PPM.
∎ Monitoring the preparation works by the Event Management Companies/Representatives of clients to ensure that the interior construction works are done following the compliance.
∎ Observing program set-up and preparation works of event organizers/vendors as per the requirements of clients.
∎ Preparing and submitting program fact sheet, damage claim sheet, service productivity reports etc.
∎ Ensuring that the Care & Clean Team is keeping the toilets clean during program and non-program hour.
∎ Ensuring that all the instructions of the Operation Manager are being followed regarding hall set up & break down.
∎ Coordinating with Catering Service Team and directing the service attendants.
∎ Checking and verifying the status of Cutleries & Cookeries before and after the events.
