∎ Tactfully and strategically managing client relationships, including both existing and prospective clients
∎ Deploying a variety of communication channels to engage with clients, including email, phone, Facebook, and in-person meetings
∎ Developing in-depth knowledge of real estate products and services in order to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
∎ Continually meeting or exceeding daily/monthly/quarterly sales targets with respect to the growth of this organization.
∎ Participate in national-level exhibitions, fairs, and conferences on behalf of the company
∎ Negotiate and close deals tactfully, timely manner, and in an efficient way
∎ Strategically and positively respond to client complaints and concerns, and build company goodwill if and when required
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
∎ Gather existing and prospective clients' feedback and share with internal teams
∎ Directly report to senior management on the progress of sales growth, receiving feedback and guidance, and follow-up instructions
