Job Responsibilities:
∎ Define, build, implement and maintain robust internal sales training programs.
∎ Use an array of techniques to present and motivate the sales teams towards their objectives through interactive learning methods.
∎ Deliver value-based sales methodology and process training.
∎ Assistance, support and ownership of ad-hoc training programs as they arise, both local and group.
∎ Develop, manage and implement an annual training calendar of events to support business growth and individual needs.
∎ Take accountability for a consistent approach to training needs analysis.
∎ Support management teams by developing tailor made individual training plans to support performance management and capability gaps.
∎ Identify and train facilitators to support the delivery of training programs.
∎ Take ownership of the on boarding programs for new hires.
∎ Prepare and share, with relevant stakeholders, reports which highlight the impact of training and development on business results.
∎ Manage the training budget for the function, including cost of training delivery, vendors and venues.
∎ Manage vendors, training coordination and facilitator resource.
∎ Contribute to the ongoing development and compliance of global standard practices.
