Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in B Sc in Textile
∎ Minimum B.Sc in Textile Engineering preferably BUTex,
∎ Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and programme scheduling with the help of planning team.
∎ Use technical knowledge on Dyeing, Quality Control, Laboratory Works & Sample Follow up,
∎ Dyeing Recipe Formulation (Preparing, Checking & Adjusting),
∎ Dyeing Shade Matching & Dyeing Process Follow Up,
∎ Checking dyes combination, Selection of dyeing process & procedure,
∎ Dyeing Finishing (Quality Checking, Improving & Decision Making.
∎ Minimization for fabric process loss & sorting out of various kinds of fabrics faults & find out remedies of those faults,
∎ Production Control & Manpower Handling,
∎ Maintaining lab to bulk & bulk to bulk proper RFT%
∎ Minimize wastage in terms of quality rejection in order to fulfill order quantity,
∎ Follow up the sample development & process to obtain sample approval in time to meet the production plan.
∎ Overall production monitoring & delivery closing.
∎ To monitor and control all product development activities and ensure all problems in order to solve it timely,
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 6 years' experience in knit dyeing is must.
∎ Under 6 years' experience of any candidate no need to apply
∎ Through knowledge of knit fabric.
∎ Should be able to work independently/strong communication skills/computer literacy.
∎ Be up to date with latest development in the industry.
∎ Clear Knowledge on knitting to finished fabric process defect & excellent problem solving ability.
∎ Good knowledge on lab test process & sample approval system.
∎ Fair knowledge on fabric type, composition, GSM etc.
∎ Must be Target oriented and proactive.
∎ Good Communication skill.
∎ On the spot decision making ability.
