• Proficiency in MS Office & PowerPoint.

• Strong communication skills in Bangla & English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare credit proposals, analyze risk, and monitor account performance.

• Assist RM/SRM/Unit Head in optimum utilization of credit limits and achieving portfolio targets.

• Liaise with CAD, CRM, Risk Managers, and documentation teams to ensure proper credit administration.

• Monitor account performance, conduct past-due analysis, and raise early alerts.

• Visit customers regularly to strengthen relationships and provide trade financing solutions.

• Ensure compliance with credit policies, documentation, and regulatory guidelines.
