Job Context:
∎ A Renowned Engineering, Science & Technology University requires Associate Professor/Professor for the following Department: Civil Eng., CSE, EEE, Pharmacy, Mathematics, Business Administration, Hospitality and Tourism Management, Law and English
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare all the academic materials required for conducting classes, including the course outline, presentation, course calendar, lesson plan, and other required materials.
∎ Conduct theoretical, tutorial, and practical classes.
∎ Supervise student projects, internship and research.
∎ Attend the conferences, seminars, workshops, and training/academic programs.
∎ Perform research publications in reputed journals and conferences. Publications must uphold the name and dignity of the university.
∎ Prepare the question papers, invigilate the examinations, and grade the answer scripts and assignments.
∎ Monitor all the exam committee related tasks.
∎ Guide and supervise project work, internships, and thesis or dissertations as and when assigned.
∎ Guide and supervising students in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities for their ethical, moral, social, and professional development.
∎ Attend different meetings as and when invited.
∎ Work as a faculty representative at different events and activities, provide assistance in different activities of the university, and work as a faculty ambassador for the promotion of the university.
∎ Engage in community and industry outreach.
∎ Perform administrative and/or any other activities assigned by the university or any of its authorities, following the schedule and requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Educational Requirements:
∎ PhD/Master in relevant subject with at least 3 first class/CGPA 3.5.
∎ Applicants with North American degrees and outstanding academic backgrounds will be given preference.
∎ Professor: 12 years of experience in relevant disciplines at the university level, including 5 years as an associate professor and 15 publications in internationally recognized journals.
∎ Associate Professor: 7 years of experience in a relevant discipline at the university level, including 3 years as an assistant professor and 5 publications in internationally recognized journals.
Salary: Negotiable
