Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum Bachelor in Business Administration/Economics /CSE is preferred
∎ No third division, minimum CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.00.
∎ Candidate must be from a UGC-approved university.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist the Unit Head with: Coordinating Digital Initiative/project activities and tasks, Analyze existing bank processes to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements, Analyzing data and gathering insights to drive process improvement initiatives, Preparing Process related documents.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement improved processes for the bank.
∎ To maintain direct correspondence with internal/external stakeholders.
∎ Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and data-driven process improvement initiatives
∎ To prepare official documentation/presentation for different purposes
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed process requirements
∎ To be able to review a given process for different contexts.
∎ Collaborate with seniors to develop project schedules and timelines.
∎ Track and report on the progress and results of process re-engineering projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply. But candidates with a maximum of 1-2 years of experience in relevant bank/fintech experiences are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skill
∎ Creative and resourceful in problem-solving
∎ Keen interest & and up-to-date knowledge in modern technology / digital banking/fintech.
∎ Exceptional writing proficiency in English
∎ Ability & Interest to understand and learn new process and skill quickly
