Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist the Lead with: Creating necessary documentation, Coordinating technical integration, Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
∎ Arranging launches and promotional activities
∎ Acting as a point of contact for dispute handling
∎ Coordinating with internal/external/foreign stakeholders
∎ Generating reports
∎ Monitoring transactions
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, as it play a crucial role in business. Include requirements such as strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and the ability to adapt communication style.
∎ Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering collaboration, and building strong relationships with colleagues.
