Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree (preferably B.Sc in Textile) from any reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production planning and target setting as per Wings capacity
∎ Ensure artisans enrollment and skills development to fill resources gaps if any.
∎ Ensure timely production as per required quality through proper supervision and monitoring.
∎ Confirm receiving the quality raw materials and its’ proper utilization as per job order.
∎ Ensure products quality for minimizing cost and rejection/alteration rate during the production
∎ process.
∎ Monitoring ‘Daily Production Report’ and communicate with the management.
∎ Assist Centre Manager to recruit workers, train and retain the new and existing workers.
∎ Proper utilization of resources and solving problem regarding issues of the wing and sub-center.
∎ Keep healthy working environment, safety, security and maintenance of the wing and sub-center.
∎ Providing strong leadership to the staffs at the section, ensuring high morale, team work and good
∎ employee relations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Minimum 2-3 years of experiences in manufacturing in RMG sector.
∎ Knowledge of product tech pack (PTP), Production process (tailoring, printing, dyeing and embroidery) and production planning, Textile and Garments products, Production monitoring and evaluation, Quality assurance (products and service), HR management
∎ Analytical ability, interpersonal and communication skills
