• Age 25 to 35 years

Any dedicated training course on Supply Chain management will get an extra privilege.

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify procurement needs.

2. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective, high-quality products and services.

3. Conduct market analysis to identify the best supply sources.

4. Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth material flow.

5. Identify improvement areas to enhance efficiency and results.

6. Ensure timely processing of bills and invoices without discrepancies and forward to Accounts.

7. Prepare department related formats, necessary reports, letters, and maintain proper record-keeping.

8. Support management in developing procurement strategies and cost-control initiatives.

9. Visit factories and sites for brand selection, supplier assessments, and quality assurance.
