Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive the standard quality raw materials, accessories and finished goods with the required documents and returned the rejected goods
∎ Ensure updating products received and delivered, and maintain records in-store register books & ERP software
∎ Distribute the raw materials properly and keep updated the delivery register book and software
∎ Prepare weekly materials demand reports and send to the Logistics Department of the Head Office
∎ Stock the raw materials and finished goods within the time frame.
∎ Assure sending standard quality finished goods to HO for billing and rectifying the returned finished products by altering the section
∎ Receive excess materials returned from section/ sub-center and keep the records
∎ Keep a neat & clean environment by maintaining safety & security at the stores accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Knowledge of Inventory Management, Quality assurance (products) and Production monitoring and evaluation
∎ Understanding of the production process (finishing) and production planning
∎ Knowledge of Textile and Garments products
∎ Good analytical ability, communication and interpersonal skill
