Work experience in a technical and vocational education sector is preferred
Responsibilities & Context:
Major Responsibilities
Conduct market and community surveys in the designated area for identifying and recruiting potential
Ensure logistical setup including the renting and set up of office and training rooms and procurement
Identify and recruit mentors from diverse backgrounds and connect them with the entrepreneurship training participants
Assist clients in developing and setting up their businesses including offering guidance on basic regulatory requirements, i.e., trade license, bank accounts etc. for business operations.
Assist entrepreneurship training graduates in becoming “loan ready” by ensuring they meet the eligibility criteria to qualify for and manage a loan.
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
