Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop Upazila-level action plans and track progress.
∎ Conduct surveys to identify girls at risk of child marriage and form Swapnosarothi groups for life skills sessions and meetings.
∎ Organize meetings with parents, watch groups, and local administration on child marriage prevention.
∎ Manage conditional cash transfers and provide livelihood support to eligible girls and families.
∎ Coordinate legal advice, support for court cases, alternative dispute resolution, and referrals for survivors.
∎ Report through software, and coordinate with key stakeholders.
