Education:

Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years of experience in a Quality Control role within the Ready-Made Garment (RMG) sector or a similar industry.
∎ Strong knowledge of quality control processes, especially fabric inspection (4-point system) sewing & finishing, printing, and embroidery processes.
∎ A solid understanding of the textile and garment production process, from cutting to finishing.
∎ Analytical skills, with the ability to write reports and present findings.
∎ Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
∎ Certifications or additional training in quality control will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure that all stages of production follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) from raw materials to finished products.
∎ Confirm the styling through 100% monitoring and enforce adherence to the quality control system at all times.
∎ Conduct inspections of raw materials, accessories, and finished garments according to quality standards.
∎ Identify defects and take proactive measures to resolve them, ensuring quality at all levels of inspection (inline, pre-final, final).
∎ Regularly visit vendor factories to ensure that they maintain the required quality standards.
∎ Investigate garment defects and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
∎ Review customer feedback to address quality issues and improve products.
∎ Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, statistical data, and other quality reports.
∎ Prepare and present reports on quality performance metrics.
∎ Coordinate with production partners to implement quality improvements.
∎ Organize and participate in meetings to discuss quality control matters as necessary.
∎ Assist with any additional tasks assigned by the management or team lead.
