Education:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Textile from any reputed university.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in production planning.
Knowledge about production planning and ERP Software operations.
Collect work orders, sample, and production details from Aarong.
Determine production method, and set production targets for each order/day.
Prepare production plans based on center manager’s guideline.
Create ticket in the system.
Generate manual sheet, ensure production process monitoring, and ensure timely production processes.
Communicate with the section in-charges to ensure timely execution of production plans.
Provide center managers with updates on the current status of production as required.
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation.
Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
