Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead, guide, develop and motivate the production team.
∎ Ensure job and sample analysis, and prepare loading plan.
∎ Ensure effective planning and monitoring for timely delivery of production.
∎ Ensure timely production as per quality through supervision and monitoring the production process.
∎ Ensure receiving quality raw materials and its' proper utilization.
∎ Ensure products quality for minimizing cost and rejection rate during the production process.
∎ Monitoring 'Daily Production Report' and communicate with the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge about production process.
∎ Must have good communication, decision making and problem solving skills.
Salary: Negotiable
