Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science Engineering
∎ Minimum B.Sc. (4 years bachelor's degree) in Computer Science/Engineering or a relative field of study from any reputed university.
∎ No 3rd Division/ CGPA below 2.50 is not accepted.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PMP

∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure feasibility of projects initiated by business and support units for critical success factors.
∎ Consultancy & support given for BRS, SRS & DRG scopes, Gap Analysis, UAT, Migration, Feasibility test, system health check, process tuning, User training, Market analysis & practices.
∎ Manage projects' scope, risk, quality deliverables, schedule of individual project tasks, and financial aspects against assigned budget.
∎ Prepare project plan, explain to stakeholders with WBS from the plan & distribute among responsible team members.
∎ Check available system functionalities for desired products/ projects, develop solution architecture & ensure delivery from vendor/ In-House team.
∎ Guide & lead on sanity testing, integration testing, compatibility testing, regression testing, performance & stress testing, negative testing, security testing, black/ grey box testing, and script-based testing.
∎ Establish and enforce the control process for implementing any change in the project’s scope (Agility)
∎ Manage and circulate the dashboard and executive reports with all project stakeholders during various phases of the project to update the status and identify actions accordingly.
∎ Manage and negotiate with stakeholders/ vendors for the business requirements, support & deliveries, AMC, services & SLA agreements, training, etc.
∎ Run the project, complete milestones, and ensure the success & outcome from the accomplishment of projects.

∎ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
∎ Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
∎ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
