∎ Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and tools
∎ Proficiency in risk reporting systems, dashboards, and analytics tools

∎ Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

∎ Knowledge of business continuity planning and crisis management is a plus
∎ Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changing risk landscapes

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identifying gaps/risk by using various risk management tools e.g. KRI, Thematic risk review, regulatory risk review, forward looking risk discussion, risk control review.
∎ Having sound practical knowledge on risk Management reporting e.g. Stress Testing, BASEL, ICAAP, CRMR, recovery plan among others.
∎ Coordinating Executive Risk Management Committee (ERMC)
∎ Liaison with different stakeholders for risk information, risk decision and risk remediation.
∎ Identifying and managing risks in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders of the bank and prepare a risk pack and facilitate the risk forum.
∎ Identify and develop a Risk Ownership culture across the board.
∎ Facilitate to share of the best risk management practices across the organization.
∎ Assist the Divisional Head in conducting risk-based awareness sessions, workshops & training for existing staff & new joiners, including team members.
∎ Take the initiative upfront to complete the review of an existing policy, PPG, and Process manual from the respective ownership side.
∎ Review the policies, process, and PPG and provide feedback on time.
∎ Prepare risk paper on new policy/process notes or any other issue assigned by the Divisional Head
∎ Coordinate with other departments to prepare functional specifications with reards to risk control and monitoring.
∎ Initiate and coordinate process development or any kind of automation to enhance efficiency within the team.
∎ Prepare regulatory report/statements (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly) for the regulatory authorities.
