∎ IT graduate and Supply Chain management degree from any local or international body/institute will be preferred

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze market for identifying efficient vendors that maximize the benefit for the Bank
∎ Create profile of the Potential Vendors and initiate contact with the Vendors & Complete Vendor Evaluate and Enlistment with in stipulated time
∎ Maintain relationship with current and potential vendor to maximize and smoother the procurement process at each stage
∎ Vendor evaluation & developing new vendor as per company policies
∎ To ensure procurement processes are perceived by vendors as fair, open and ethical
∎ Develop & Float RFQ/RFP/RFT incorporating all terms & conditions
∎ Collect bids documents, evaluate & summarize the bids
∎ Negotiate with vendors for price, payment terms, delivery, warranty, after sales support service etc. to ensure competitive benefits
∎ Present the bid summary/comparison statement (CS) to Quotation Opening Committee/Procurement Committee (PC) and collect committee’s recommendation.
∎ Ensure timely delivery, proper quality and quantity
∎ Ensure quality is maintained alongside cost negotiation
∎ Ensure best value of the product & Service through negotiation
∎ Ensure the Service Level Agreement are in place for after sales service / annual maintenance service
∎ Identify the need of the department correctly so as to identify the right vendor for the IT service/good
∎ Ensure on time and error free delivery of the IT service/good
∎ Ensure on time payment to the supplier after delivery of IT service of the goods/service by Raising Payment Approval and forward the documents to finance for vendor’s bills/payment settlement
∎ Ensuring smooth after sales services and warranty
∎ Ensure periodic update of Purchase Tracking Report and regularly update supply chain management software
∎ Ensure yearly price confirmation, review as and when required and applicable as per procurement policy as well as management directive
∎ Prepare Comparative Statement of Financial & Technical Proposal
∎ Draft Contract based on the management approval considering all terms & conditions and Forward the draft contract to user, legal, finance and other relevant concern for necessary vetting
∎ Negotiate the terms & conditions of the contract with vendors, finalize & sign the contract as per CBL policy
∎ Handover/forward the contract copies to the relevant concern for proper execution
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Sound knowledge in Procurement/purchasing policies and Guidelines, process and procedure Negotiation skills etc.
∎ Good understanding of VAT/TAX rules and regulations
∎ Proactive and Well-behaved to maintain good relation with internal and external stakeholders
∎ Strong mentality and can-do-attitude
∎ Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, matured, composed and like to work under pressure
∎ Integrity & Confidentiality protection characteristics so never disclose confidential information to any person for any purpose and use such information for personal gain
∎ Ability to think outside the box
∎ Good analytical and problem solving skills
∎ Good at record keeping and report preparing
∎ Multi-tasking ability
