Job Context:
∎ To bring about innovation to City Bank Ltd cards products by adding value to PDU activities with efficiency & knowledge.
∎ The role is to generate new insight by analyzing the market competitors for launching/developing new/existing products and features. This role also ensures the boosting of bills through the execution of new offers, promotion and campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Portfolio Management and Development
∎ Portfolio analysis, profitability tracking and revenue optimization
∎ Revenue Generation
∎ Drive the billed business target for revenue maximization
∎ Exploring new and potential windows of incremental revenue
∎ New Product Development
∎ Asses the market gap and design new product to meet the customer demands and ensure optimum revenue for the bank
∎ Analyze the existing products and accordingly revamp those to remain profitable as well as competitive in the market
∎ New Project and Initiative
∎ Identify the dynamic customer demands through regular analysis of the market and competitors
∎ Initiate new project to provide instant customer services
∎ Revamp the existing process and services and undertake necessary initiatives
∎ Campaign Management
∎ Design and execute Card Acquisition campaigns through digital/alternative channels
∎ Implementation of Regulatory Requirements
∎ Keep track of the central bank’s circular/guidelines related to credit card business
∎ Necessary communication of the implemented guidelines to the relevant stakeholders
∎ Training
∎ Prepare the required briefing document for any campaign, promotion as well as new product, services, process and policy
∎ Conduct necessary training for the relevant stakeholders, Evaluate the participants after each training session
Additional Requirements:

∎ Great analytical skills
∎ Excellent leadership skills
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
