Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s in Business, Bank Management, Economics or any relevant subjects from leading business school/University with no third division in academic records.
∎ MBA in HRM will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand business plan and do the manpower planning.
∎ Initiate recruitment activities-Issuing Advertisement, Shortlisting, Interviewing and selection.
∎ Complete joining and onboarding formalities.
∎ Keeping track of all recruiting metrics (Cost per hire, time to hire etc.)
∎ Planning of Placement & Transfer posting.
∎ Maintaining liaison with all business units, branches & back-office.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6 (six) years working experience in leading commercial bank/NBFI in relevant area.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Labor Laws, Disciplinary Proceedings.
∎ Working experience in technology based environment will be given preference.
∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Very good skills in MS Office.
