Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ BBA or Bachelor in Economics / CSE / Digital Banking will be preferred.
∎ No third division, minimum CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.00.
∎ Candidate must be from a UGC-approved university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the formulation and execution of internet banking (IB) services strategy; this includes historical data and generating a forecasting model along with activities to achieve overall Bank’s digital business and services strategy goal
∎ New product & feature business feasibility check
∎ Business requirement preparation for new features of IB
∎ User acceptance testing of the newly developed and existing features
∎ Manage internal & external stakeholders to enhance IB business growth and customer experience
∎ Execute seasonal, occasional, ad-hoc contextual campaign to acquire new IB users and for existing users
∎ Lead and develop new partnership with Telco, ICT, MFS, x-Tech companies
∎ Conduct market research for contemporary banks and industry activities

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Candidates with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in relevant ecommerce/ bank/ telco/ MFS experiences are also encouraged to apply
∎ Excellent communication and presentation abilities
∎ Creative in campaign design and management
∎ Keen interest & up-to-date knowledge in modern technology / digital banking / fin-tech
∎ Ability to understand and learn new things quickly
