Job Context:
∎ Credit Administration Department
∎ To implement comprehensive factory visits of customers for checking compliance, production, stocks & operation status of the factory, increase productivity of work and better control and monitoring over the loans and advances.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ a) Conduct comprehensive factory visit of borrower at schedule visit program, preparation of independent visit report and submit to unit head for review/circulate to related stockholders. Coverage/Scope of Field Visit: Physical Inspection of Stock, Operational Status of the factory, Compliance and Environmental Issue, Production Utilization, Machinery Status, Any Market Information
∎ b) Evaluate customer actual working capital requirement by assessing production capacity of RMG, Textile, Jute, leather and accessories concerns.
∎ c) Ascertain customer stock position (RMG, Textile, Jute and other Non RMG concerns) and check whether it match with relative liabilities or not.
∎ d) Evaluate customer technical risk associated with machine set up, production, utilities, stock etc.
∎ e) Evaluate customer factory condition, capacity and compliances.
∎ f) Monitoring customer’s export status periodically.
∎ g) Periodically meeting with customer Technical Expertise/Merchandiser to follow up order status and other technical issues relevant to plant and overall business.
∎ h) Regular checking customer stock position with historical database.
∎ i) Follow up in case of stock lot.
∎ j) Regular checkup compliance standard (including fire protection) of the customer.
∎ k) Collect CAP of Accord/Alliance/ILO/RSC from customer/ website and follow up the progress.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 50 years
∎ 05 years Job experience as Merchandiser/Factory Inspection Officer at Garments/Buying House/Audit firm/Factory/Bank.
