∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB), Master of Law (LLM)
∎ Candidate must have professional certification with Bangladesh Bar Council

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Furnishing of Legal Opinion upon scrutinizing property related documents.
∎ Arranging for searching the genuineness of property/land documents and Plan verification with the concerned authority with the support of bank's enlisted Law firms/Surveyors.
∎ Drafting/Preparation of security documents i.e. Mortgage Deed, Power Deed, TPA, Indemnity Bond, Undertaking, Affidavit, Redemption Deed, Revocation Deed etc. in accordance with the legal opinion as applicable.
∎ Providing of original legal documents list which are required before disbursement.
∎ Providing of charge documents list which are required before disbursement.
∎ Furnishing legal opinion of various issues touching banking business.
∎ Drafting RJSC related documentations regarding charge creation.
∎ Maintain separate ROD MIS & preparation of third party agency bills (Vetting and title search).
