Responsibilities & Context:

For Documentation:

• Vetting of the property documents and providing legal opinion upon right & title of the property.

• Drafting various kinds of agreements, deeds and documents for the purposes of day-to-day banking business.

• Furnishing legal opinion upon vetting of the property documents.

• Drafting of various kinds of security documents like Deed of Sale, Agreement for Sale, Deed of Mortgage, Deed of General Power of Attorney, different Agreement like Loan Agreement, Lease Agreement, Assignment etc.

• Vetting of different kinds of Agreements, Deeds, Documents, Guarantee, Memorandum, Undertaking and other legal instruments.

• Furnishing various legal opinions in view of different Laws.

• Drafting of various kinds of security documents relating to RJSC charge creation.

For Litigation:

• Draft legal documents including plaints, written statements, affidavits, legal notices, and agreements.

• Bar Council Enrollment – Must be enrolled as an Advocate with the relevant Bar Council (e.g., Bangladesh Bar Council or State Bar in other jurisdictions).

• Attend court hearings and liaise with court officials.

• Prepare and maintain case files, schedules.

• Assist senior lawyers with case preparations and client consultations.

• Ensure timely submission of documents and applications to relevant courts and authorities.

• Good command of both Bangla and English (written and spoken).

• Strong sense of professionalism, responsibility, and team collaboration.
