∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Paltan Chamber & Uttara Chamber) and Narayangonj Chamber.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Furnishing legal opinion upon vetting of the property documents.
∎ Furnishing various legal opinions in view of Companies Laws, Banking Laws and Commercial Laws.
∎ Drafting various banking securities documents.
∎ To prepare opinion as required by the Bank, case to case basis.
∎ To deal with the clients and keep regular communication with respective clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirements: Not obligatory but anyone have, will be preferable.
∎ Ability to work under pressure with sincerity & flexibility.
∎ Good knowledge about (i) Transfer of Property Act, 1882, (ii) State Acquisition and Tenancy Act, 1950, (iii) Registration Act, 1908, (iv) Contract Act, 1872, (v) Stamp Act, 1899, (vi) Land Reforms Ordinance, 1984, (vii) Bangladesh Land Holding Limitation Order, 1972, (viii) Artha Rin Adalat Ain, 2003 and (ix) The Companies Act, 1994.
∎ Sound knowledge in listening, writing and talking both in English and Bangla.
∎ Excellent Computer & IT skills. Must know MS Word & Internet browsing.
∎ The age of the applicant must not exceed 30 years.
