∎ Candidate must be from a UGC-approved university.
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication skill, Good presentation skill, Quick learner
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist the Unit Head with: Facilitating and contributing to Innovation Initiatives’ internal / external discussions, Co-creating ideas and initiatives with internal / external stakeholders, Preparing Innovation incubation documentation, Managing & Coordinating Incubation of Innovation initiatives, Contributing to Digital Ecosystem & Strategy.
∎ To maintain direct correspondence with internal / external / local / foreign stakeholders
∎ To prepare official documentation / presentation for various external purposes
∎ To conduct research and prepare insights on various assigned topics
∎ To generate new ideas for Innovation
∎ To create new digital processes for new Innovation initiatives
∎ To be able to review a given business / operations / other context and formulate scope of innovation / digital process
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Exceptional writing proficiency in English
∎ Creative & Resourceful in problem solving
∎ Staying up-to-date with and keen interest in modern technology / digital banking / fintech
∎ Knack for research
