Job Context:
∎ The purpose of this role is to manage Customer Experience and Quality Assurance & Development of the bank.
∎ Designation: Junior Officer (Grade 1) - Officer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct service audit in branches, support functions and contact centre.
∎ Arranging events involving various customers and employees in coordination with various stakeholders (Workshop, CSW, CAP).
∎ Assessing suitability of personnel to participate in training programs and making recommendations.
∎ To assist in training delivery on customer service at Outreach, Basic, Foundation, Contact Center, Card Sales, Service Ambassador and need based training.
∎ Communicate with stakeholders on training schedule
∎ Gather & compile gap analysis from different source (such as SQ reports, HR records/recommendation, manager's recommendation etc.).
∎ Overall monitoring of Service Ambassadors (SAs): (Recruitment, Training, etc.).
∎ Assist to conduct e-quiz program on regular interval
∎ Preparing presentations, official memos and meeting minutes etc. regarding departmental and administrative activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Good knowledge in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point) and other analytical tools/software.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and time management skill.
∎ Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skill.
∎ Excellent organizational and able to excel in high-pressure situations.
