∎ Enrolled as an Advocate in Dhaka Bar Association &
∎ Fresh Law Graduates having LL.B. (Hon's) & LL.M. from any reputed University for documentation and legal drafting.

Job Context:
∎ Looking For : Associate (Advocate/ Fresh Law Graduates)
∎ Black and White is a law house established in Bangladesh consisting of both young professionals and experienced experts. It is the first ever law house in Bangladesh aiming at facilitating all kinds of legal services from a single network while focusing on documentation and litigation of Civil, Commercial and Corporate issues and legal research. We also deal with arbitration, commercial dispute resolution, consultancy, business related counseling, problem solving through counseling or mediation or compromise. We maintain utmost sincerity, honesty and accountability with our clients and we expect the same from our associates.
∎ Job Location: Elephant Road, Hatirpool, Dhaka-1205.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting his/her senior Lawyers, Associates and conducting hearing in the court [Advocate]
∎ Preparing various kinds of legal drafts.
∎ Preparing case research.
∎ Vetting, documentation, drafting various deeds/ agreements etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Practicing experience in District & Sessions Court, Dhaka [Advocate]
∎ Dedicated, sincere, committed and ready to work under pressure.
∎ Familiarity with Civil, Banking and Corporate practice, particularly with Artha Rin and NI Act issues.
∎ Experienced in drafting different kinds of plaints, complaints, applications, documentation, various kinds of deeds/agreements, legal opinion and other legal documents.
∎ Excellent proficiency in writing and speaking both English & Bengali.
∎ Must have expertise in legal research.
∎ Able to work as a team.
∎ Competency in computer literacy is mandatory; especially English & Bangla typing skill.
∎ Candidates have to possess positive work attitude, integrity, etiquette and good interpersonal skills.
∎ Candidate must be ready to work under pressure with responsibility and accountability.
