Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategies for achieving growth objectives and sales targets.
∎ Target the SME accounts through a unique sales methodology which thats the SME target.
∎ Mining and analyzing customer data to identify and plan for expansion and/or additional business.
∎ Build and maintain close relationship with customers in the portfolio through regular contacts and visits.
∎ To procure Paka/Semi Paka building commercial loans.
∎ Maximize utilization of approved borrowing clients' facility limits and trade finance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Professional training in SME banking and credit risk management
∎ Excellent communication and listening skills.
∎ Strong communication in both English and Bangla & interpersonal skill.
∎ Good skills and strong command over Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point.
∎ Ability and willingness to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to meet assigned target.
∎ Having wide network of SME clients
∎ Good knowledge of commercial products, client management, compliance requirements, and operations
∎ Ability to lead and work independently, consult and clarify where necessary and make informed and firm decisions.
∎ Having excellent analytical skills as well as sound computer literacy
∎ Able to work under pressure and have positive mind-set
