Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduation from a reputed university with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 at all levels.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist supervisor in revising/updating policy, process, guideline and manuals as per regulatory and internal requirement
∎ Conduct assurance reviews and ad-hoc inspections on the status of AML & CFT Compliance of branches/departments/divisions.
∎ Perform random and rule based transaction monitoring on branches and offices across the country.
∎ Review returns (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly) and reports (STR/SAR) received from branches/offices
∎ Prepare response of queries/issues from BFIU, Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) etc. for onward submission
∎ Check the compliance report submitted by the branch/office and making correspondences with them for complete implementation
∎ Review correspondent banking KYC
∎ Review trade and credit applications/proposals/transactions from AML & CFT compliance perspective
∎ Assist in preparing report for senior management as per regulatory/internal requirement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Preferably minimum 3 to 5 years' of experience in banking especially in the field of: AML& CFT Compliance, Trade Operations, General banking, Credit or Foreign exchange.
∎ Interpersonal skill
∎ Analytical ability
∎ Good English and Bengali writing skill
∎ Expertise in using Microsoft Office suit applications (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Power Point)
