Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist senior associates in handling cases, particularly under the Artha Rin Adalat Ain, Money Suit, and Negotiable Instruments Act.
∎ Represent clients effectively in Dhaka Court and Labour Court proceedings.
∎ File and manage cases in other districts as assigned.
