∎ A minimum of 5 years’ experience in IP Law, trade mark applications, and RJSC compliance.
∎ Proven track record of handling trade mark filings, patents, and corporate documentation efficiently.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to maintain professional relationships with regulatory offices.
∎ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
∎ A minimum of 5 years’ experience in IP Law, trade mark applications, and RJSC compliance.

∎ Manage and oversee ongoing Trade Mark Applications and file new applications with precision.
∎ Maintain strong relationships and ensure seamless access to the Office of the Patent, Design, and Trade Marks as well as the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies (RJSC).
∎ Deliver results in a timely and professional manner, ensuring client satisfaction.
∎ Provide expert advice and guidance on Intellectual Property and corporate compliance matters.
∎ A leadership role in managing high-value IP and corporate compliance matters.
