Responsibilities & Context:
ACI Fertilizer is committed to revolutionizing soil management practices in Bangladesh by offering a diverse range of organic fertilizers, macro and micronutrients, and foliar fertilizers. Incorporating modern technologies, we aim to ensure sustainable high-yield crop production. Collaborating with government and non-government organizations, we educate retailers and farmers on fertilizer benefits, assist in balanced fertilizer selection, and advocate for organic and bio fertilizers to restore soil health.
The position will coordinate production across multiple locations, ensuring efficiency and consistency. Core responsibilities of this position are:
Identify suitable land for factory establishment and oversee legal and administrative processes for acquisition and registration.
Plan and manage factory infrastructure development, including machinery procurement and installation.
Coordinate and monitor organic fertilizer production in different locations, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Provide operational support across multiple factory locations to ensure smooth production.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to meet production targets.
Prepare and present operational updates and reports to senior management.
Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with environmental and industry standards in organic fertilizer production.
Lead project timelines and resource management to align with business objectives.
Travel as required to supervise site development and factory operations.
