Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and manage digital and social marketing campaigns, devise strategies to drive online traffic, drive event wise channel wise digital marketing activity calendar
∎ Analyze brands social media pages, digital marketing campaigns, contents, captions, and copies to suggest the best possible way to generate leads for the page.
∎ Collaborate with in-house graphic designers and digital marketing agencies for execution of the set activities.
∎ Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g., website, emails, social media, and blogs), Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence.
∎ Monitor and suggest SEO/SEM, marketing, and sales performance metrics to forecast trends.
∎ Liaise with sales, key accounts, and external stakeholders to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency identify advertising needs
∎ Establish best practices in digital marketing & stay up to date with digital technologies developments
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be able to work under pressure, smooth negotiation ability with internal and external customer.
∎ Multi-function skill is pre-requisite criteria for this position.
∎ Good computer literacy in MS Office is mandatory
∎ Proficient in using graphics design software is an added advantages
∎ Must have good communication skills in Bengali & English
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 65000 (Monthly)
