∎ BSc/MSc in CIVIL Engineering (BUET/RUET/CUET etc.)
∎ 5-8 Years of relevant experience in technical support

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing, Technical Support Engineer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ownership with Quality Head for PQM.
∎ Complaint Handling & maintain the register.
∎ Conduct Engineer meet, House owner meet at local & coordinate the manage to increase awareness & generate demand.
∎ Responsible for traveling to customer locations, understanding technical challenges, and providing applicable solutions.
∎ Consult with customers and provide technical expertise and recommendations based on the required applications.
∎ Participation in new and changed product development, formulation, and specification of these products and plant trials.
∎ Maintains complete knowledge of and complies with company and departmental policies, procedures, and standards.
∎ Working with the Sales Team to meet and exceed sales targets for new business in assigned territory(s).
∎ Regularly Conduct classroom and onsite technical sales training programs.
∎ Coordinate different institutions like BUET, BSTI, IEB, PWD, LGED, MES, etc.
∎ Product benchmarking & Co-ownership of Event Budgeting & Planning.
∎ Coordinate Product Portfolio Management (PPM) & Product Portfolio Review (PPR) periodically.
