Responsibilities & Context:

JIL is looking for a dynamic and energetic candidate for its Service team who can maintain communication with Cummins and ensure its safety, quality, & compliance, and timely depute technicians to ensure service and thereafter ensure timely collection of bills.

  • Maintain liaison with Cummins regarding principles, customer-related surveys, quality, and compliance issues and present necessary reports to Cummins.

  • Ensure Key Performance Indicator (KPI) evaluation, New Product Identification (NPI), and prepare KPI & NPI reports.

  • Maintain warranty documentation for service.

  • Coordinate in Cummins Excel Audit or other kinds of audit.

  • Communicate with customers to increase the company`s Net Promoter Score (NPS).

  • Conduct NPS, customer-related surveys, prepare reports, and update on the Cummins portal.

  • Maintain Cummins service software portal and update service duties.

  • Send quotations to customers for service and necessary parts, depute engineers and technicians for timely service, maintain tool records; and maintain service tracking for the team.

  • Coordinate in preparing sales invoices after work orders, and ensure bill submission and bill collection within the stipulated time.
