• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in a similar IE role within the RMG industry.
• Strong understanding of low-SMV production systems and line management.
• Proficiency in IE tools and data-driven performance analysis.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple production lines efficiently.
• To know the Cutting, Sewing, Finishing Operation.
• Solid team collaboration and communication skills.

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for production machinery and utility equipment.

• Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth factory operations.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and utility-related issues.

• Coordinate with production departments to minimize machine downtime and production interruptions.

• Assist in installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery and equipment.

• Maintain maintenance schedules, service records, and engineering documentation.

• Monitor utility systems including generators, compressors, boilers, HVAC, pumps, and electrical distribution systems.

• Ensure availability of spare parts and coordinate with store and procurement departments.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine efficiency and reliability.

• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

• Supervise technicians and maintenance personnel to ensure quality execution of assigned work.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly engineering and maintenance reports.
