Job Context:
We are seeking a qualified, skilled, and experienced Architect with expertise in Interior Design to join our team. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of leading projects from concept to completion.
Job Responsibilities:
-Interior design project handling and execution
-High capability for participating in a client meeting
-Fluent in english spoken and written
-Building architectural & Interior design
-Landscape planning and implementation
-Working Design & Layout Design
-BOQ Preparation
Proficiency in:
*AutoCAD
*SketchUp
*V-Ray
*3D Visualization
-Collaborate with the design team to ensure high-quality output
-Prepare quotations and client presentations
Educational Requirements:
-B.Sc. in Architecture
Experience Requirements:
-Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
-Leadership and management skills are essential
Additional Requirements:
-Strong communication and team coordination skills

Salary:
-Negotiable (based on skills and experience)
