Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee end-to-end sales order processing from order receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
∎ Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to monitor order dispatches, stock availability, and delivery status.
∎ Proactively identify and resolve order-related discrepancies, billing issues, or fulfillment delays to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Act as a central point of contact for the sales team for all operational queries, documentation, and approvals.
∎ Provide administrative and logistical support for promotional activities, schemes, and field initiatives.
∎ Assist in onboarding new sales personnel by coordinating training, system access, and sales kits.
∎ Monitor field force attendance, route plans, daily activities, and target achievement through sales tracking tools or software.
∎ Generate periodic reports on sales performance, coverage, secondary sales, and customer visits.
∎ Identify performance trends and areas for improvement in field execution.
∎ Data Analysis & Sales ReportingDevelop, update, and maintain comprehensive sales dashboards and performance reports in Excel and/or BI tools.
∎ Analyze trends in sales volume, customer behavior, market coverage, and product performance.
∎ Share insights with sales leaders for strategic planning and forecasting.
∎ Work closely with finance, warehouse, IT, marketing, and customer service teams to resolve sales-related issues and ensure workflow efficiency.
∎ Coordinate price updates, scheme communication, credit note issuance, and customer master updates.
∎ Identify opportunities to streamline sales operations processes and enhance system efficiency.
∎ Ensure all sales transactions are aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements.
∎ Support audits and compliance checks related to sales transactions.
∎ Participate in business reviews, sales meetings, and strategy sessions with the senior sales team.
∎ Assist in budget tracking, sales forecast input, and territory alignment.
∎ Take on special projects and assignments as directed by management
∎ Context:
