Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and update fabric inspection protocols, ensuring they align with industry best practices, and company standards.
∎ Monitor fabric quality trends and implement corrective actions to address recurring issues.
∎ Evaluate supplier performance regularly, providing feedback and working to improve supplier capabilities where needed.
∎ Collaborate with the Quality control team to ensure that all trims and accessories meet the required standards before they are approved for use in production.
∎ Supervise and manage all the quality control activities in the cutting department, ensuring adherence to company standards and customer requirement.
∎ Monitor the cutting process to identify and address any issues that may affect the quality of the cut pieces.
