• In‐depth Knowledge and familiarity with modern financial management & management accounting, financial policies, costing, budgeting, Tax/VAT rules etc.

• Strong leadership, people centric and people management skill.

• Effective analysis and reporting skill.

• Excellent communication skill both in Bengali & English.

• Expertise in MS Excel and analytical ability.

• Preparation and presentation of comprehensive costing MIS reports to support management decision-making.

• Prepare and analyze departmental performance reports and highlight areas for improvements

• Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly cost/profit center based financial reports

• Taking measures to find bottleneck in the process to lay before Core Accounts, Business and Concern Authority.

• Lead cost control initiatives across the organization, identifying opportunities to reduce costs without compromising on quality or efficiency.

• Development of Monthly Product/Service wise Sales vs. Cost vs. Benefit analysis Report.

• Develop service performance reports based on each cost object, providing insights into cost efficiency and areas for improvement.

• Maintain relations with external/Internal auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations and comply accordingly.

• Define and implement policies and procedures for all cost accounting activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and organization goals.

• Develop variance reports on product costing and perform contribution margin (CM) analysis to assess profitability.

• Provide critical assessments of all budgets and cost projections, proactively analyze budget variances, and communicate issues and opportunities to management.

• Provide cost data to support pricing decisions, ensuring that product/service pricing is competitive while maintaining profitability margins.

• Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to adjust costing strategies as needed.

• Input in the development of hospital ERP

• Have up to date knowledge of VAT, personal and corporate tax

• Any other task assigned by the Head of the department.
