- Experience in operating ERP Software.
- Good analytical ability, interpersonal skill, and presentation.
- Skilled in MS Word, MS Excel, and report writing.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
- Create a time and action calendar for all center production.
- Prepare product-wise, purpose-wise, and delivery date-wise daily production reports.
- Generate section wise loading report.
- Prepare reports on billing, billing projection, and purpose-wise billing status as need basis.
- Prepare job closing report, as and when required.
- Prepare category wise staff and workers report.
- Prepare reports on current & non-current stock, raw materials, work in process, and accessories.
- Prepare reports on performance and bonus of each sub-centre and its in-charge.
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation.
- Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
