Education:

• A graduate in CSE from any reputed university.

• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in operating ERP Software.
• Good analytical ability, interpersonal skill, and presentation.
• Skilled in MS Word, MS Excel, and report writing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create a time and action calendar for all center production.
• Prepare product-wise, purpose-wise, and delivery date-wise daily production reports.
• Generate section wise loading report.
• Prepare reports on billing, billing projection, and purpose-wise billing status as need basis.
• Prepare job closing report, as and when required.
• Prepare category wise staff and workers report.
• Prepare reports on current & non-current stock, raw materials, work in process, and accessories.
• Prepare reports on performance and bonus of each sub-centre and its in-charge.

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation.
• Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
