Maximum 1 year of relevant experience.
Experience in operating ERP Software.
Good analytical ability, interpersonal skill, and presentation.
Skilled in MS Word, MS Excel, and report writing.
Responsibilities & Context:
Create a time and action calendar for all center production.
Prepare product wise, purpose wise, and delivery date wise daily production reports.
Generate section wise loading report.
Prepare reports on billing, billing projection, and purpose-wise billing status as need basis.
Prepare job closing report, as and when required.
Prepare category wise staff and workers report.
Prepare reports on current & non-current stock, raw materials, work in process, and accessories.
Prepare reports on performance and bonus of each sub-center and its in-charge.
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation.
Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise in safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
