Experience:
Impart both theoretical and practical training for staffers at all management levels as per the need of the organization based on training module developed in association with HR.
Collaborating with HR and other departments to determine training needs and projections·
Conduct Training Need Assessment study and prepare annual Capacity Building plan (Training Calendar).
Design training strategy, curriculum and materials based on different training and participants level.
Identify and develop new training course / learning events for staff based on feedback from the monitoring, evaluation, and learning system.
Co-ordination and follow-up of field training.
Staying update on industry trends and regulations to ensure relevant training content.
Initialize online based training and Training Software implementation.
Identify and maintain a database of available Capacity Building institutions, resource persons(Including at community level) and utilize it for delivering Capacity Building Program.
Develop data base and monitoring system to evaluate effectiveness and quality of training delivered.
Preparation of Different Training/Meeting/Workshop Budget and Schedule.
Develop Different Training Report on Institutional aspects.
Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
