∎ Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Civil with a minimum of 05 years’ experience in the construction sector.
∎ Diploma in Civil/Construction with at least 07 years’ experience as an instructor in a skills training institute or they should have 07 years working experience in industry.
∎ BNQF/NTVQF Level - 2/1 in Tiles & Marble Works.
∎ Experience in skills development projects will be an added advantage
∎ Competency-Based Training & Assessment (CBT&A) will also be an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in conducting theoretical and practical training sessions aligned with approved curricula and competency standards.
∎ Provide additional attention to low-achieving trainees to help them meet required competencies and foster respectful relationships with all trainees.
∎ Assist to maintain a safe, organized, and well-equipped training environment, including proper storage and recording of workshop materials and equipment.
∎ Support the preparation and checking of assessment sheets and ensure timely and accurate data submission in tools.
∎ Assist in developing and sourcing teaching and learning materials, including ICT-aided training resources, to enhance trainee engagement.
∎ Maintain trainee records, program databases, and other required electronic and hardcopy documents accurately.
∎ Ensure discipline within the classroom and escalate trainee challenges or training-related issues to the Lead Trainer or appropriate personnel.Safeguarding Responsibilities
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
∎ The SICIP-REHAB Project is a collaborative initiative by BRAC’s Skills Development Programme, the Finance Ministry's Skills for Industry Competitiveness and Innovation Program (SICIP), and the Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB). The project aims to enhance employability and economic resilience for 10,000 individuals by providing market-relevant skills training in priority and emerging sectors. It emphasizes economic empowerment and social inclusion, targeting women, youth, adolescents, and people with disabilities, to foster sustainable employment and drive equitable growth in Bangladesh.
