Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc/ Diploma in nursing from any recognised institute.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure theoretical and practical training as per training module.
∎ Prepare time chart, session plan and update module as per sector's demand.
∎ Support for learner acquisition and admission process.
∎ Ensure formative and summative assessment during the course period.
∎ Maintain and update all record and report as per project requirement.
∎ To collaborate with the doctors of Centre for Palliative Care Unit, BSMMU and relevant organisations.
∎ Keep in standard learner dropout ratio and quality training as per module.
∎ Perform regular learner follow-up during job placement.
∎ To communicate with partner organisations during the internship period of learners.
∎ To conduct research for identifying new scopes, redressed of gaps for the improvement of the training.
∎ Establish a safeguarding culture across all level of the programme by implementing the safeguarding policy. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Responsible to ensure team members are appropriately trained, supported and have access to resources regarding issues that are identified and actioned in accordance with the safeguarding policy and procedure.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
