Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process application from clients
∎ Communication through email and over phones;
∎ Technical evaluation of products and supporting documents like SDS, TDS, Test reports
∎ Internal and external coordination related to clients
∎ Resolving technical queries received from clients in a timely manner
∎ Maintaining good relationship with the clients
∎ Maintaining up to date files in the system and store hardcopy as per procedures
∎ Keeping abreast of developments, issues and legislative changes pertaining to textile, chemical and related sectors

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area: Chemical Manufacturing Industry/ Textile Chemistry/ Certifications Body
∎ Candidate must have good computer skills
